Hiring is hard. 88% of managers are facing challenges with hiring, including lack of qualified talent and candidates' salary expectations exceeding what the company is willing to offer. To attract talent, employers are increasing starting salaries, providing signing bonuses and offering remote work options. Employers expect more quits. 51% of managers reported an increase in voluntary turnover in their department in the last year, and 78% are concerned about more employees quitting.
