FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) - A rather unpleasant day of weather begins our new work week this Monday. Following a rainy Sunday. a passing cold front will make for an unseasonably cold, cloudy, breezy and wet Monday. Morning low temperatures start in the upper 50s and low 60s under cloudy skies. Unfortunately, temperatures will not climb much higher by the afternoon. Highs will only reach the low-to-mid 60s under cloudy skies with gusty winds at times.

Scattered showers will enter the forecast after the lunch hour and stick through the evening. Overnight lows will fall to the low 50s with persistent scattered showers and cloudy skies. The good news is things start to get back on track Tuesday. Temperatures will reach the low 70s, showers will come to an end, and skies will begin to clear by early evening.

Have a great Monday!
