More rain chances this week

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) -Some much-needed rain fell on the area early Tuesday. The heat and humidity will return and that will aid the chance for more rain through at least Thursday. Showers and a few storms will be likely on most afternoons into the early evenings. They may be a bit more hit and miss from the widespread rain we saw early Tuesday. Heat and humidity will also be a problem Tuesday into Wednesday with the heat index at or slightly over 100 degrees.
