Komet forward Petruzzelli returning for sixth season
FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) - On Monday, the Fort Wayne Komets announced Anthony Petruzzelli re-signed and will return for a sixth with the origination.
This pasts season, Petruzzelli recorded a career high in goals (27), along with 30 assist and 57 points. The 29-year-old has displayed extreme reliability, suiting up for a total of 251 games. Petruzzelli has not missed a contest due to injury since joining the K’s back in March of 2018.
The Komets also announced the signings of forward Semyon Babinstev and defender Marc-Antoine Pépin Monday afternoon.
