FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) - Both sides have rested in the murder trial of Cohen Hancz Barron, the man accused of killing a woman and her three children in June of 2021.
The case will go to the jury Wednesday morning after closing arguments. Almost a year ago now, 26-year-old Sarah Zent and her children 5-year-old Carter, 3-year-old Ashton, and 2-year-old Aubree died in that brutal knife attack in their Gay Street home. Cohen Hancz-Barron is charged with four counts of murder.
Our Tom Powell was in the courtroom on Tuesday and will have the latest in the case at our 5 and 6 p.m. newscasts.
