FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) - The group Changemakers Fort Wayne is hosting an open forum Monday with the primary election candidates.

Co-founders Daylana Saunders and Alisha Rauch will be hosting this live event Monday from 6p.m. - 8p.m. on their Facebook pages and on Youtube.

It’s called “Candidate Conversations: Value the Vote” and will be a town hall style discussion to help people in the community understand who the candidates are and why they should vote in the primary election.

Saunders says there will be candidates running for Allen County Council, County Commissioner District 3, Wayne Township Trustee, Indiana House District 82, Congress, and Wayne Township Board Member.

Candidates in attendance: Jorge Fernandez, Kathy Zoucha, Kyle Miller, Melissa Rinehart, Patricia Turner, James Grant, Gary Snyder, Paulette Nellems, and Porsche Williams.

If you would like to submit questions beforehand they ask that you send them to ChangeMakersFW@gmail.com. Saunders says questions will be taken from the chat as well.
