Sydney Graber returns to Fort Wayne, joining Mastodon program

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) - A familiar face, Sydney Graber, is returning to Fort Wayne to join the Mastodon women’s basketball program, announced Monday.

The 6-foot-1 forward was a standout at Homestead High School, averaging 15.1 points per game and snagged 8.5 rebounds.

Graber was a four-time All-State Selection, helping lead Homestead to four SAC titles, three sectional championships and a state title.

The Homestead grad spent two years at Central Michigan, where she played 30 games during her two-year stint.

Graber will also be reuniting with Homestead teammate, Sylare Starks, on a upward trending Purdue Fort Wayne women’s basketball team.
