ADAMS COUNTY, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) - The remains of a missing Decatur woman have been found in a river in Adams County.

The Indiana Department of Natural Resources said a passerby called 911 after spotting a body in the Wabash River on Tuesday. Officials have identified the remains as those of 39-year-old Melissa R. Vickers. She had been reported missing one month earlier.
