Leo’s Papenbrock hits home run in first career at-bat in season-opening victory, 3-0, at Homestead

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) - The first ever game at Homestead’s new softball field overshadowed by a first ever home run by Leo’s Ava Papenbrock in very first varsity at-bat.
Papenbrock’s home run helped propel the Lions to a, 3-0, victory at Homestead on Wednesday night.
