FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) - Ophelia’s is now open in the Wells Street Corridor.
Two months in and this place is already buzzing! From craft teas, coffee and cocktails to amazing dishes like steak benedict and spiced sweet potato pancakes with fried chicken, there’s a lot to be excited about.
Starting up a brand new restaurant in the midst of a pandemic is no easy task, but co-owner Brittany Pape says things are going well so far and they’ve received a really nice response from the community.
Ophelia’s right now specializes in breakfast and brunch meals, but they hope to expand and create a dinner menu in the near future.
