The US Postal Service hosts job fair in Fort Wayne
FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) - The Postal Service is looking for committed and motivated individuals to apply to work at in the Fort Wayne area.
The Fort Wayne Post Office is hosting a job fair Saturday from noon until 4p.m. at the Allen County Public Library in Georgetown.
The release for the fair includes a portion describing their mission.

They say they are hiring for City Carrier Assistants, $18.51/hr.; Rural Carrier Associates, $19.06/hr.; and Clerk Postal Support Employees, $18.69/hr.
USPS personnel will be on site to provide detailed information about the positions, answer questions, and have laptops available for on-the-spot applications and fingerprinting.

Leaders say those applying must be available to work weekends and holidays and have an acceptable driving record for certain positions.
