Police find body of missing North Manchester 18-year-old
FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) - The body of a missing 18-year-old out of North Manchester was found Wednesday according to the Wabash County Sheriff.
Wyatt Engle was reported missing on November 16th after the teen did not report to school the previous day. A Silver Alert was issued for Engle.
On November 24th at approximately 4:52 p.m. a citizen who was jogging contacted Wabash County Central Dispatch on County Road 400 E to report an overturned vehicle, partially submerged in a creek.
First respondents rushed to the scene where they confirmed Wyatt Engle, the lone occupant, was found deceased.
An investigation into the matter is ongoing.
