FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) - We start Friday with another frosty morning with temperatures below freezing. Fortunately winds are light and will remain calm through the day so there is no wind chill early. Warmer air will begin to shift in by the afternoon, helping temperatures reach the low 50s for the first time this month. High pressure will continue to keep skies clear with sunshine in store all weekend.

After temperatures fall back below freezing overnight, a gradual warm up will continue through the weekend with highs reaching the mid-to-upper 50s Saturday and the low 60s Sunday. Warmer air will stick around along with sunny skies through the first half of the coming work week.

Have a great Friday and a wonderful weekend!
