How you can voice your input on trail improvement
Do you have a suggestion on how to improve area trails? A local advocacy group is looking for community input.
Fort Wayne Trails Inc., said it is looking for ways the group can partner with local municipalities to improve the system. Trail users and nonusers alike are being invited to participate in the online survey.
Responses in the survey are confidential and they are not looking for personal contact information. The data from the survey will be shared with municipal partners and the group will develop an advocacy plan. This survey will be open until April 8, 2018, and can be found at http://bit.ly/2DogYQf
The group stressed that they cannot guarantee that changes or fixes identified in the survey will be implemented. However, they will advocate on behalf of all the trails in the community to make sure the trail user experience is the best it can be within our overall system.
The group acts in cooperation, but separate from, the City of Fort Wayne, Allen County, City of New Haven, Huntertown, Leo-Cedarville, Grabill, Woodburn, Monroeville, and any other municipality.
