Transforming Minnesota's U.S. Bank Stadium into the home of Super Bowl LII
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. -- (Fort Wayne's NBC) Super Bowl LII is right around the corner and crews have been working around the clock to get Minnesota's U.S. Bank Stadium ready for the big game.
While the signature purple stadium-seats are still in place, things do look a bit different.
New pieces of artificial turf are in-place in the end zones, but are covered-over until the final painting is finished.
Vikings logos are either covered-up or gone and are replaced by Super Bowl LII Patriots and Eagles logos.
The electronic message-boards have been tested and work crews put the finishing touches on the stadium decor and broadcast positions, too.
Tens of millions of viewers will watch the Patriots and Eagles.
Kickoff is set for 6:30p.m. Sunday on Fort Wayne's NBC.
