FORT WAYNE, Ind. -- (Fort Wayne's NBC) A couple of Summit City favorites are back this weekend.

Winterval and Winter Cozy 2018 take place on Saturday.

Winterval's 7th annual celebration will include many free events and reduced admission to downtown venues. Organizers say Saturday will be a full day of events held indoors and outdoors for the entire family.

The ice carvers will be back to create beautiful creations and visitors can also take in a rugby game as well as special events at the Botanical Conservatory, the Allen County Public Library and at Science Central.

Carriage rides at the community center will also be available and the ice rink at Headwaters Park is still open.

New this year, organizers have announced an ice sculpture scavenger hunt that will include a $100 prize basket for the winner.

The Winter Cozy takes place Saturday night at Headwaters Park Pavilion.

The event is only open to people older than 21 years old and will feature heated tents, cozy furniture, warm cocktails and food for purchase.

There will also be live music, games, ice sculptures and drink luges.

Admission is $10 at the door.
