FORT WAYNE, Ind. -- (Fort Wayne's NBC News) This fall's season of The Voice may be over, but Addison Agen fans have another chance to hear her sing- this time live in concert! 

The Summit City singing sensation is holding a Welcome Home concert on Jan. 21 at the Embassy Theatre. 

The show starts at 4:30 p.m.

Tickets go on sale Thursday, Dec. 28 at 10 a.m. and cost $10 and $25. Fans can buy tickets through Ticketmaster, at the box office at the Embassy Theatre or by phone 1-800-745-3000. 

Addison will perform songs from her album "New Places." Plus, Fort Wayne's NBC anchors Tom Powell and Pauleen Le will be asking Addison your questions about her experience on "The Voice" and what's next for her career. 

Addison finished in 2nd place on season 13 of the Voice.
