Earlier this month Randy Runkel Cody Kindle and Isaac Harp contacted the sheriff's department about a large amount of cash that they had found in a ditch. March 18 Commuter Alert: Barr Street
FORT WAYNE'S NBC -- Here's a look at what drivers can expect for the Monday morning commute: South bound on Barr street will be closed to traffic between Wayne Street and Washington Boulevard. Wayne street will also have lane restrictions at Barr Street. Crews are working on repairs to the manhole. Work should wrap up by Friday.
San Diego news anchor wings it with unexpected surprise on air
SAN DIEGO, Ca. -- (Fort Wayne's NBC) Sometimes in the news business the unexpected happens and journalists just have to do their best to roll with it, but one news anchor in San Diego kept her cool when some high flying news touched down. She was in for a shock when a Scarlet Ibis swooped right onto her head while she was on air. She kept her cool and sat very still until the bird flew off, her co-anchor however, not so much.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. -- (Fort Wayne's NBC) Here's a look at what drivers can expect on the roads for Feb. 28: Hanna Street between Lewis and Madison streets should be back open Wednesday. Crews were working on a utility project through there for the last day. Clinton Street along the west side of the road at State Boulevard should also be back open. Crews were doing some road work through there since Monday.

108 -year-old Canadian man finally gets namesake after more than 70 decedents
Fort Wayne's NBC -- A Canadian man is over the moon after learning one of his descendants is finally named after him. Esmond Allcock is108-years-old and his one-year-old great-great-grandson is also named, "Esmond." Jenna Lehne posted a video online about them last week.
