Formal charges of murder, child molesting filed against suspect in April Tinsley case

A Grabill man arrested on Sunday morning has been formally charged with two felony counts -- including murder -- regarding the death of April Tinsley. Court documents show that John D. Miller is charged with killing the then-8-year-old girl, and faces an additional count of child molesting. Investigators said he sexually abused April before and after her death.
